How To Get Over A Relationship?

While listening to the local Chinese radio station one day, I came across this "How to get over your past relationship". Maybe you guys can try this next time or recommend to your friends. Sorry,I don't mean that you definitely gonna need to try these one day (when you have a broken heart, or when you face a rocky relationship). I do hope everyone will have a happy ending relationship.
First, keep all his belongings, all the presents given by him, his photos etc in one box and seal the box properly and store it in the most "invisible", "un-noticeable" and unreache-able place in the house.
Cry as loud as you want and as you like.
As you cry, imagine this : "I cried today... not because I missed you or even wanted you but because I finally realized I'm going to be alright without you"
Next, prepare something you dislike, or something that you have never eat before. As you eat them, you will feel the horrible taste/smell, almost equates the hurtful feeling remained from the broke-up. Then you will try to get over him as every flashes of the memories bring a bitter taste like the food gives you.
Also, you can try to wear your most favourite outfit to go and have a shower. Sleep nakedly at night with yourself fully covered under the blanket. These will make yourself feel better in the fisrt few days. For long term, go out and build a more dynamic social network and get yourself involved in the social events/activities. When your schedule is getting packed and your life is getting busier, you will tend to forget about the unhappiness easier and faster.
There are few more ways to mend your broken heart, but just too bad I can't remember them all. Sometimes, to let go or not, to forget it or not, very much depend on the individual himself.

*Its amazing how someone can break your heart. But yet you still love them with every broken piece*

Wanting him is hard to get. Loving him is hard to regret.Losing him is hard to accept. But with all the hurt I've felt,Letting go is the most painful yet...
So..to let go or not, I leave it to you
